In this open discussion we will explore the 8 limbs of yoga, the Yoga Sutras, and how to make them applicable in everyday life. We will breakdown specific Sutras into a language that is relateable to us and those we share space with so that we can incorporate these principles in all areas in life. This workshop can also begin to look at the 12 steps of Alcoholics Anonymous through the lens of the Yoga Sutras, drawing parallels between the two.
